About this policy
This policy explains information used by Good Luck, Truck! and its developer, Individual Entrepreneur IVAN MAREV. It covers the game on Poki and local previews. The game has no separate account and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or payment details.
Progress and preferences
The game saves level progress, scores, stars, cargo arrangements and game preferences in browser storage. Preferences include language, sound and music. These records let you continue playing and keep your choices. If browser storage is unavailable, play can continue but changes may last only for that session.
Poki cloud saves
For signed-in players, Poki may synchronize supported browser-storage data across devices. Poki operates this feature under its own privacy policy. The game does not call Poki account-information APIs to obtain a username, email address, account ID or login token. Local previews do not connect to Poki.
Poki platform data
On Poki, the game reports loading and play status, selected levels, level starts and outcomes, and earned stars through the Poki SDK. Poki also processes platform, network, device, usage and advertising information under its own policy. Network requests reveal an IP address to the receiving service. Advertisements
Poki handles ads and relevant privacy choices. The game requests ads between sessions and offers optional rewarded ads to unlock a next route. A reward is granted only after Poki confirms completion. Gameplay and audio pause during ads. There is no separate ad network, payment system or in-game purchase. Local previews request no ads.
GameAnalytics
On Poki, GameAnalytics receives level starts, results, delivery percentages, stars, retry and menu actions, ad requests/outcomes, input categories, activity, backgrounding and returns. Attempt numbers, loss streaks and assistance help assess difficulty. No coordinates or debug logs are sent. Local previews do not start analytics.
Analytics identifiers
The SDK creates random installation and session IDs. We add random visit, runtime and attempt IDs to link actions. Events include times, build and SDK version, browser, OS, device and connection category. GameAnalytics receives an IP address through requests. We send no Poki account ID, email, advertising ID or precise GPS location.
Analytics storage
The browser stores the analytics ID, queued events and attempt/return context. Keys start with poki_ignore, including poki_ignore_cargo_journey_v1, and are excluded from Poki cloud saves. Clearing site data removes local continuity but does not delete events already delivered to GameAnalytics.
Analytics provider
GameAnalytics ApS / GameAnalytics Limited receives the analytics data and applies its published privacy and retention policies. Data may be processed outside your country. Granular data may expire before aggregated reports. For its processing or deletion requests, contact privacy@gameanalytics.com.
Why information is used
Saves provide the requested game; Poki and GameAnalytics events help operate and improve it. Where a legal basis is required, processing relies on the requested service, legitimate interests in operation and improvement, legal obligations, or consent where required. Providers explain their own grounds in their policies.
Sharing and retention
We have no separate server storing your save. Browser saves remain until overwritten, reset or removed. Poki handles platform records and synchronized saves under its retention rules. We do not sell directly identifying information. Disclosure may occur if legally required or needed to address fraud or security incidents.
Your controls
Reset progress clears progress and cargo arrangements while keeping preferences. Browser site-data controls can remove local saves, preferences and analytics storage. Resetting progress does not delete logs already sent or change Poki privacy choices. Poki manages its accounts, cookies and cloud saves separately.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. Contact the developer for its processing and Poki for data it controls. We may need details to find the relevant records and verify a request.
Children
The game has no chat or form asking children to provide identifying information. Poki applies its own age rules and privacy experience. A parent or guardian with concerns about information provided through the game may contact the developer below or Poki for information handled by its platform.
International processing
Poki and its service providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy information describes the relevant processing and safeguards. Browser saves used only in a local preview remain in that browser unless you transfer or synchronize them separately.

Updates
